Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
